Asset and applicant details

Your information and files are stored privately for the Substrat review team. Membership is not required, and submission is free. Listing-only fees are agreed after review and publication approval, payable before the listing goes live. Brokerage is a separate written appointment: retainers are due on appointment and success fees at the agreed completion trigger. We email review updates and a private payment link when a fee is requested.
