Your own lawyer searches the title at the Abuja Geographic Information Systems (AGIS) to confirm who holds it and whether any encumbrance is recorded.

Substrat Assets is based at ICAN House, Wuse Zone 5. We help buyers find suitable Abuja property and help owners prepare land, houses and commercial buildings for a reviewed sale.
