Buyer acquisition mandate

Share your buying brief

Tell us your preferred locations, property type, budget and timing. Membership is optional. Browsing and your initial enquiry cost nothing.

  1. 01 · Review your brief. Substrat discusses scope and risk-appropriate identity checks.
  2. 02 · Agree a written appointment. Your mandate states the agreed fee, any minimum, separate professional costs and payment milestones. Enquiries alone never create a buyer fee.
  3. 03 · Receive your invoice. When the agreed milestone is due, we email your private invoice with its amount, due date, UBA instructions and receipt-upload steps.
  4. 04 · Track payment. Return to that private link for review status, corrections and your receipt after Substrat confirms funds.

Asset purchase money is separate and uses the entitled recipient or documented settlement channel. Never pay a personal account for Substrat service fees.

Service fee schedule and estimator

Your first enquiry is free; membership is not required. An enquiry does not appoint Substrat or create a buyer fee. If you appoint us, the written mandate discloses the fee, any minimum and when it is due: retainers on appointment, milestone or success fees at the agreed trigger.
